World Youth Skills Day at TGS

World Youth Skills Day (WYSD) celebrates the strategic importance of equipping young people with skills for employment, decent work and entrepreneurship.

Each year TGS sponsors a small group of students who are going through their undergraduate studies. Students whose university studies incorporate business, engineering, IT or Marketing related subjects are invited to apply for the sponsorship with a view to opening up the possibility of returning to TGS for both summer and eventually full-time employment.

We have found this to be a very effective way to identifying talented graduates whilst allowing them to become familiar with TGS working practices and corporate values.
