Investors in People - Health & Wellbeing Award

TGS already has the PLATINUM award as a whole for our “Investors in People” programme and company philosophy which is the highest award available. In addition to this, Investors in People recently assessed TGS in the area of Employee Health & Wellbeing and we are pleased to report that we have achieved “We invest in wellbeing silver accreditation!” This is a great achievement for all of us and a “first” for a local company in Gibraltar! Getting silver means that we’ve got all the right principles in place, and we’ve developed a good wellbeing strategy, that is supported by all of the staff. And we’re all involved and looking to the future to embed and improve our health and well-being strategy! There’s always something to learn and we’re using staff feedback to do it. This will help us move forward and hopefully attain “Gold”.

We have IiP recommendations and an action plan so that we can keep making changes, keep improving and keep moving forward.
