Building Safer Roads Through Understanding and Training
6th May 2026
We are proud to once again co-host the Fleet Forum Virtual Conference, taking place on 23-24 June 2026.
The annual virtual event brings together humanitarian fleet and supply chain professionals from around the world to share practical strategies, experiences and tools for staying operational in challenging environments.
This year's theme, Beyond the Budget: Reimagining humanitarian mobility for a resource-constrained world, reflects the funding constraints and operational pressures many organisations face. Over two days, the conference will focus on actionable ways to protect uptime and performance, including optimising total cost of ownership, maintenance and training, and realistic sustainability pathways.
While registering is important, the greatest value comes from joining live to hear the discussions in context, compare approaches with peers, and take away ideas you can apply immediately.
As part of the lead-up to the conference, the 70 Day Fleet Challenge is now open. It invites fleet teams to showcase how they are doing more with less and share their stories with the global Fleet Forum community.
Conference registration will open soon. When it does, we encourage you to register and block the time in your calendar to attend live.

TGS looks forward to supporting another year of collaboration, knowledge-sharing and practical learning alongside the global Fleet Forum community.
