Toyota Tsusho Customer Service team visit TGS

TGS were recently visited by two colleagues from the Customer Service Division of TTC. The main purpose of the visit was to discuss ways in which we could improve the levels of customer service we are able to offer to TGS customers especially in the area of After Sales issues. Both TGS and TTC are committed to examining all aspects in order to find possible areas where we can build on our already established processes and improve them. The visit included a fact-finding tour of TGS facilities.
