TGS Sales Training - Recovery Familiarisation
The TGS Sales Team recently commenced a practical training programme to enhance their learning and development goals in line with our company vision of investing in our people.
This programme is designed by our Technical Training Team to develop the technical knowledge with vehicles and options. This gives the team members a chance to see at first hand the tremendous capabilities of the vehicles as well as getting hands-on experience with the many options and accessories we are able to supply. It puts the team members “in the shoes” of our customers, getting into tight spots and having to recover their way out of them using the equipment provided.
This familiarisation programme will run for a year and we hope to complete practical sessions every 3 months.
